YO-60 Oxygen Pressure Gauge _ Brady Stainless Steel Oxygen Pressure Gauge
Product details
The pressure gauge measures the gauge pressure. Due to the strong oxidizing nature of oxygen, a special pressure gauge is required for measuring oxygen pressure. This type of pressure gauge is called an oxygen pressure gauge. There are clear regulations and indicators for oxygen pressure gauges in the country. Simply put, there are two aspects: they cannot come into contact with any oily products during the production of components and assembly calibration, and the dial has a red no oil sign. oxygen

The safety of oxygen pressure gauges mainly depends on the entire production process of the manufacturer, whether they strictly operate in accordance with relevant national regulations. At present, many manufacturers use general pressure gauges cleaned with carbon tetrachloride as oxygen pressure gauges, which can easily cause safety accidents. So it is recommended that everyone choose a good manufacturer when purchasing an oxygen pressure gauge.
The models of oxygen pressure gauges are Y0-60, YO-100, YO-150, etc., with a pressure range from 0-60MPa.

Differentiation of Oxygen Pressure Gauge
The main difference between an oxygen pressure gauge and a general pressure gauge is that the oxygen gauge is an oil free gauge, which means that during the final calibration of the assembled pressure gauge, the instrument pressure is calibrated using gas or water, while the general pressure gauge is calibrated using oil because oxygen cannot self ignite but can help with combustion. Oxygen above 2.49MPa will undergo a violent chemical reaction with grease, so oil must be avoided.
Structure:
The structure of oxygen pressure gauge and general pressure gauge is basically the same
effect:
The oxygen meter measures oxygen, and the proportion in the air is represented by numbers
A general pressure gauge measures pressure, including atmospheric pressure and pressure inside pipelines (liquid and gas)
Difference: The oxygen gauge has an O2 symbol on it, while the pressure gauge only has numbers
Switch direction:
The switch direction of oxygen pressure gauge is different from that of general pressure gauge. Oxygen pressure gauge is clockwise, while combustible gas pressure gauge is counterclockwise, mainly to prevent misoperation.
